WEDDING BOOKLETS & PROGRAMS Q&A

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE IN A WEDDING PROGRAM AND A WEDDING BOOKLET?

Wedding programs are used during the service to help the guests follow the order of the service. They usually recognize the wedding party as well as the minister and organists. Many times directions to the reception will also be included in the program.

Wedding booklets are usually given along with either baskets or bags of goodies to out of town guests when they check into their hotel rooms. These gifts are designed to help make their stay more enjoyable. The booklets may include a note from the bride and groom, important phone numbers, directions to the various events, a list of the wedding party, and even a map of the area. The purpose of the booklets is to provide information to the wedding party and visitors from other areas. A wedding booklet can be as detailed as the bride and groom wish. The wedding booklets often have original graphics of the various venues while wedding programs do not have graphics.

WHAT IS THE COSTS?

Prices run from $100- $300 depending on style and number of pages.
